The project was commenced in 2023 by a partner real estate company. The funds raised during this Investment Window will be used to complete the construction of the three residential units for sale.

- The 2-bedroom house is at the window level

What is SG Capital’s Investment Window?
An Investment Window is a defined period during which SG Capital PLC accepts funds from investors for a specific project.
At the close of the Investment Window, SG Capital will notify all investors whether the target investment amount has been achieved.
- If the target is met, the project proceeds as planned.
- If the target is not met, investors have the option to:
- Withdraw their funds with an agreed interest of 2% – 5%, or
- Roll over their investment (principal plus interest) into the next available Investment Window.
